For us, children are wonderful and gifts from God. Within every child is great potential that we’d like to discover and encourage. It is central for us that each child feels accepted in their uniqueness and that they feel loved.
On Sunday mornings (with the exception of the Children’s Service), the children between 0 and 12 years old meet in their various age groups for Kids Church, where they will be attended by a group leader.
Baby Stübli (O to 2 years old)
In the Baby Stübli you will find a comfortable space where you can take your smallest ones and look after them during the service. Currently, we do not offer childcare service.
Sunny Kids (2 to 4 years old)
In the Sunny Kids, children will sing together, hear stories, do crafts, play together and enjoy a snack time. In short and simple stories the children will be brought closer to God in a tangible way. Age-appropriate crafts will help them to visualize the subject matter.
Happy Kids (Kindergarten to First Class)
Children in this age are curious to know more about who God is and why we are here. In Happy Kids our goal is to find the answers to these questions together, on the basis of the Bible. The carefully prepared stories will be deepened through singing, dancing, playing and crafts. Boring is not an option!
Kids Meeting (Second to Sixth Classes)
What do I believe and how is that faith practically experienceable? The answers will be sought through meeting God, investigating chosen Bible passages, or listening for God’s voice through singing and in worship times. The topics are explored through roll-play, group projects or discussions. The fifth and sixth classes help organize in the rolls of mini-leaders, which adds to a dynamic and varied Kids Meeting, and the many talents of the children are encouraged.
